DOT and non-DOT drug and alcohol testing for employers, drivers and individuals at Staff Labs & The Wellness Focus Center on Rich St in Fort Worth. Professional collection, proper paperwork and a calm, private office.

Testing we offer

  • 5-panel drug test: the standard screen for marijuana (THC), cocaine, amphetamines, opiates and PCP.
  • 10-panel drug test: the 5-panel plus additional drug classes such as benzodiazepines, barbiturates and methadone, for employers who want a wider screen.
  • Alcohol testing for DOT and non-DOT programs.

Questions people ask

What is the difference between a DOT and a non-DOT test?

A DOT test is required by federal transportation rules for safety-sensitive jobs and must follow the exact federal procedure. A non-DOT test is set by an employer's own policy or requested by an individual.

Should I drink a lot of water before my test?

No. Drink normally. Very diluted samples can be flagged and you may have to test again.

Do I need an appointment?

Booking ahead is best so we can be ready for you. Call (817) 764-1999 if you need a test the same day.

Can employers set up an account?

Yes. Call the office and we will set up the tests your company needs.
